Chef Kevin Lee is a culinary force in Oklahoma’s dining scene, while Chef Evan LeRoy, co-owner  of LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue in Austin, is heralded as one of the leading minds behind Texas’ new-school barbecue movement. They’re joined by Omni Barton Creek’s own Executive Chef Steve Gustafson, whose leadership has shaped the opening of major culinary programs across the Omni portfolio.

This exclusive multi-course VIP dinner shines a spotlight on each chef’s signature take on barbecue, blending regional roots, refined technique, and a dash of daring creativity into every course. Every dish is expertly paired with premium beverages – from fine wines to bold bourbons – carefully selected to complement the meal. Throughout the evening, elevated dishes tell a story of smoke, skill, and Southern flavor.

During the evening, we’ll be auctioning off two Ranch Boss Cowboy Cauldrons, each paired with an overnight stay and play package at Omni Barton Creek. All proceeds will benefit the Central Texas Food Bank. Make sure to support this great cause for a chance to win.
