What TO EXPECT
Elevated food experiences paired with craft beverages, live music, and legendary hospitality: the very best of Texas and Oklahoma barbecue enjoyed over the course of two full days at the spectacular Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
Throughout the weekend, guests will have the opportunity to meet SMOKE’s incredible lineup of chefs, enjoying intimate storytelling and collaborative tasting events. They’ll also be able to see pitmasters in action as they show off their tricks and techniques for achieving the most flavorful barbecue around.
While SMOKE’s programming (and bold flavors) are best suited for an adult audience, young barbecue enthusiasts can relax, hang out, and eat up at the Lil’ Pitmasters Camps. Designed for children ages 4-12, Lil’ Pitmasters is a safe, supervised setting where kids will enjoy dinner, crafts, games, and creative play.

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is located approximately 20 minutes outside of downtown Austin in the heart of Texas Hill Country. It’s about 18 miles (30 minutes’ drive) from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and about 82 miles (1.5 hours) from San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
